Senior Pastor Ruth Crum Stotler,  D.D.

The Church of the Good Shepherd is very proud to have such a devoted and Loving Minister.

Her background consists of:

30 Years as Pastor Evangelist. Speaking for Church Groups from New Jersey to Florida and in Jamaica.

Ruth has been a well known Retreat Leader for Women's Aglow Fellowship international.

                                                 

Pastor Jeffrey Barbour                           

His Background consists off:                                      

Pastor Jeff has served as the associate 

Pastor since the church's inception  and now serves as Pastor.

 

On Sunday April 29, 2001, he was ordained. Along with his love for God, his duties as Pastor.  Pastor Jeff resides in Winchester with his wife, Kim and daughter, Shannon.

Pastor Jeff has been employed as Deputy Treasurer by the City of Fairfax Treasurer's office since August 2002. His duties include serving the citizens of Fairfax City by providing DMV service. Internally, he supervises the financial clerks, reconciles bank and tax accounts, and works with the City's collection attorney on all legal matters.

 Pastor Vernon Bray, D.D.

Assistant Pastor Becky Bray

Pastor Vernon Bray is an ordained Minister with 30 years of Pastoral Ministry. In December 2005 he received his Doctorate in theology. He also is certified in "anger management" counselor.

Pastor Becky Bray On Saturday September 17,2006 was ordained at the Church of the Good Shepherd, she enjoys ministry to women and children. Pastor Becky is registered Minister of The Conquer Bible college in Huntington Tennessee.
